We are fully insured and work with your chosen venue in providing any documents they require to ensure we can carry out the work to set up the draping or hire equipment at your venue. We can send you copies of our insurance documents upon request.
In general we speak with the events manager and provide our documents along with a work sheet as to what it is we will be setting up at the venue. All our products are fireproof sprayed in accordance with health & safety regulations and any electrical equipment supplied is tested for safety by our own in house electrical technicians with calibrated KEW testing meters and a certificate is produced upon test and safe to use.
Not all companies have Public Liability Insurance, and this is something you should consider when booking - What is something did go wrong and the venue held you liable? We do not charge extra for this service, but is re-assurance you are dealing with a reputable company. We have worked with many hotels, country manors, private residence and corporate companies, understand what is expected and required, all bookings confirmed with contract and invoice numbers.
Have you seen a company on facebook, but no website or registered address? This would tell me the company is not 100% genuine and registered. Why take the risk on your wedding day and book a company who could potentially not turn up and fulfill the work.
